We are happy to refund or exchange any items returned to us, as long as they are:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unused and in a resaleable condition

You will be responsible for the cost of the return postage. We also recommend you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office, as we can't be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive.

Your refund will be credited to the original payment card/method, once the returned item is received, please retain your proof of posting until you have received your refund.
If the item is faulty, please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement item to be despatched and for the return of the faulty item. We will meet all costs in this instance.
